Help us make it rightMy older parents with health issues are without a phone because their service stopped working. They have no dial tone. I contacted you by phone 4 times (spoke with Aaron), used FB messenger - could see my questions were read but no answer, 2 support tickets, and an email. I started the process about 2:30pm today & it's 6pm. I live 16 hours away, have waited by the phone & computer, and still have no information. The website says, "We provide a level of service others dream of." What a nightmare! “Great service is about keeping lines of communication open." After writing on FB that I could see my questions had been read, a response finally came. "Choose Pine Belt because you want your voice heard." This is not my experience. It’s expected that you deliver what you advertise!
