My husband went out of his way to order a dozen sterling roses for Valentine's Day. The flowers were wilted and some even broken. I called very calm and pleasant because I know from working in the service business how days like this can be hectic. To which I received the rudest response twice ""all I can say is that it was fine when it left here."" The person wasn't even interested in what was wrong, I was shocked with how rude she was.
