Since being a little kid, I love to go to Quaker square simply for the oatmeal cookies. I have fond memories of the two women who used to bake them. Things have changed since I was a kid, but the recipe has remained the same and I am a loyal fan. The cookies are soft and warm and have just the right amount of sweetness to make them absolutely perfect.
