i was told my hitch would be installed in thirty minutes...when it took them over three hours!!!!not to say i was also late to work...and lost money both ways!!''never again''...

I ordered both a hitch and wire harness connectors. The instructions were easy to read and straight forward. I was able to install the hitch with no help.
