I visited the Gainesville Walmart late in the evening, around 10:30 or so. I found most of the items I was attempting to purchase to be fairly banged up, as if the stockers didn't care what the merchandise looked like. When I got to the only checkout lane open, the self-checkout, the woman there rudely told me that the lane was closed and that I needed to trek all the way to the other side of the store to check out, which meant trekking all the way back to exit the only open door to get to my car. Walmart has us by the short hairs.You have to shop there, we've forgotten how to find things in other places.I've recently tried.The shopping is pleasant but the quality of unprocessed foods(veggies, fruits and meats) is so poor and not a good deal at all..The checkout experience is so bad it ruins whatever good feelings you did have.

Wal mart service at all time low

Want to point out it's the wal mart in oakwood that this review covers. When I visited the store on mundy mill rd the other day I was saddened by the lack of service that was offered .You guy's need to step it up Sam is watching and he is not pleased. !!!!!!! P>s the mundy mill rd location is not listed .
