Mike came on time, and fixed my problem. He gave me his estimate which was less than I expected. He inspected the rest of the house, and he found siding torn off near the roof and fixed that perfectly, and found siding problems on the other side of the house - and fixed that,too; but didn't charge me for the additional repairs. This man is a gem, as is his wife who answers the phone.
Their customer service is very good. They came out the same day I called, within a few hours.

I made an appointment on a Sunday and they came on Monday. They were very prompt. I'm having a problem with water getting in from the tops of 2 windows and didn't know where it was coming from. They inspected the situation and may have found the problem. I won't know until I have heavy rain or if I hose test it myself. I know a problem like this can take several attempts to find the problem. So...
