Physicians Immediate provided timely and very efficient service. They seem to also provide treatments that other medical establishments do not.

My review is like everyone else. It's just the attitude of everybody there. They act like they are above you and treat you badly and like your a bother to them. Just not very friendly. Maybe they get stressed from all the people they see and it wears on them. They may have medical training but they need customer service training badly. It's just like most doctors and nurses who don't treat you...

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism of especially one MA, who was unable to correctly give IV medication or trouble-shoot an IV problem, causing me to not get a dose of medication. I called the manager and she assured me she would confront the person and call me with results of any action. I never got a call so assume nothing was done or that I was not believed. No one wears a name...
