The best thing about The Physical Place is the people. They are not pushy and allow you to work out at your own pace, doing the things you love. If you're looking for a high pace workout you can have that as well. Most gyms I've been too like to push the personal trainers on you but it's not like that here. The rates are great and they even have a sauna and much much more. Very laid back...

Full service gym with sauna and pool, convenient to Deland, Orange City, Deltona and Debary. The staff are very helpful. Equipment is state of art and kept in good condition. Locally owned so prices are not out the roof. Short or Long term plans to meet every fitness seekers desires..try it out and see for yourself.
