PHP Motors is a SCAM outfit---Beware!
I bought a pickup at a local dealer auction, consigned by PHP. They sold it "as-is" and the PHP owner stated "it had a miss in the engine" as the reason he didn't sell it on his lot when in fact he, or his mechanics, drained all of the water out of the radiator and left it a quart low on oil to CONCEAL the cracked block!
