Called Phoenix to get my BMW worked on, and they got me in and out on the same day. They don't provide loaners, but thats o.k.because they had a shuttle that took me into work downtown.

Pros

+ On 6th St-easy for me to drop off and pick up

Cons

I've had one decent experience here. I called intending to schedule another appointment for my Volvo and to get an idea of the price for a specific part. I told the man that answered exactly what I needed to know and he immediately began to condescend. He actually said to me, "I don't know! I don't have crystal ball here!" I don't like this place. I called for a telephone quote, and told them exactly what was wrong with my car. He told me $680. Well, I should have gotten it in writing. But he said I couldnt bring my car in for 3 days because they were too backed up. I finally brought my car in, and a few hours later I got a call that the same repairs I had quoted to me were now $1100. After they had... more
