As a chained restaurant, all phoenix restaurant taste the same. Their food is not very good or bad. If you want to buy something quick, and do not demand high quality, this is a good choice. Every time, I ordered the food on phone, they told me to come in about 15 minutes, but I usually arrive early, like 10 minutes, and they already got ready everything for me. That is amazing!
However, their service is really ""social"". I guess maybe they are busy, some are nicer than others. Some are not very polite. Their tone is rude.

They should have put this under RESTAURANT... I think it is because of the Business name that is why it is not registering correctl with Yahoo, wonder how to fix that.

Seriously.. the worst service i have ever recieved in my life. They completely ignored me for a good twenty minutes, not even considering the fact that I was ready to order. Then I overheard a racial statement from one waitress to another.. to completely ignore me.. thinking that I wasn't chinese and wasn't able to understand what they where saying.
