We considered hiring PDO to pick out paint colors for our space. Just before our appointment time, the designer left a voice mail cancelling our appointment to meet another client in Scottsdale. She sent us a paint deck and told me to pick my own colors. Then she sent me an invoice. I have gotten better service stopping in at any Home Depot.

Cons

- Very unprofessional. Poor service.
