This place was fine when it opened a couple of years ago, but it has seriously gone downhill. Tonight, my wife and I had some of the worst pho we've ever had. The beef was old, gross and borderline unsafe. Chunks of fatty meat were practically disintegrating. A slice was shifting into a metallic blue coloring.
