I nevrr went to Phil's because of mixed reviews that I have read. I have been here 2 times in the last month and have enjoyed it each time. The food is excellent here. First time linquine and clams. Then a delicious dish that they make called Penne Romantica. Penne pasta in a pink cause with shrimp and spinach. Outstanding....
