I give them a 4 of 5 stars only because, I feel there's always room for improvement.This business has a was of making you feel Welcome, like you have always known each other.That's important, and I will continue to do business with them.We have taken both our vehicles there, also our niece's car. They have always treated me nicely,answered all my many questions.

I went in to Philpots before closing (01/17/2009) and told them I had gotten a flat on my front drivers tire and needed to get a tire before driving over 100 miles back home. They just took a look at my tires and said that Parsley Tires was open until 1pm. They didnt even give me the time of day and as soon as I got in my car they all (8-10) flew out of the building and left.
