Cheesesteaks are by their very nature not that hard to do, but for some reason the basics seem to escape many (just as it's impossible to get a decent NY-style cheese pizza in this town.) Philly Steak, however, manages a decent take on the east-coast standard. Flavorful beef tastes like it's been marinating, and the bread is just chewy enough to hold in all the goodness.
