As far as Phillips goes, they have online services like the ability to pay rent, add work orders, and make notes about building conditions. They were straight forward in leasing, and so far have kept up to their end of the lease .

The building is also in very good condition with all the amenities. The walls are good and you don't hear your neighbors. It has all the amenities with underground, gated garage parking.

I have been living at 301 e Thomas for a few years now and have loved every day of it. Pam is my landlord and she has been always so accommodating and wonderful. Anytime I needed anything fixed or taken care of she is always right on it. Super women to say the least. This is the second building I have lived in that Pam has managed and I always recommend her. The buildings are always nice and well kept. Love it here, never leaving
