Go off hours and you can have a nice time! Lovely dinner on the waterfront in a casual atmosphere. I'm not going during peak hours again.

If you are looking for a good seafood all-u-can-eat buffet, do not go to Phillips. Their selection is very small and tastes exactly like the Phillips food you get from the frozen food section of your local grocery store.
