The Philbrook Museum Of Art Inc is located at 2727 S Rockford Rd in Tulsa and has been in the business of Museum since 1938.

Surrounded by expansive gardens, this Itallian Renaissance-style villa displays a collection of special changing exhibitions and many permanent exhibitions. The permanent collection includes European American Art, American Indian Non-Western Art and 20th Century American Contemporary Art. Some of the media include painting, sculpture and pottery.

This vast art museum, housed in an Italian style villa, has numerous exhibits from European, American, Asian, Native American and African artists and is surrounded by acres of lush gardens.

Highlighting Native American works as well as contemporary art, the Philbrook in Tulsa, Oklahoma occupies a 72-room Italian Renaissance mansion. Oil magnate Waite Phillips built the mansion in the 1920s. A decade later he donated it, together with the surrounding 23-acre estate, to Tulsa for use as an art museum.
