This shop is great to search for some really hard to find and obscure vinyl. A perfect place to spend an afternoon digging through crate after crate.

Philadelphia record exchange always reminds me of the movie hi Fidelity. Its a great store with an ecceletic mix of people working there. They have a great selection of tapes, cds, and vinyl records. They always have the records i was looking for and if they dont they will try to get it for you. Its a nice place to spend a lieseurely afternoon. The Record Exchange is a very small used record shop right off of Philadelphia's famously hip South Street. Despites its small size, it's been around a long time and holds a bit of history (for example, Pavement once performed on the street in front of the store). They also offer some of the fairest payment for your used CDs.
