This place is FANTASTIC! I had never boarded my 10 year old Shitzu before and was frantic over doing so for 5 days. I found Philadelphia Pet Hotels and after visiting knew this was a great place to put my little guy. They were extremely helpful, nice and understanding of my nerves. The morning I dropped him off, Jared overheard me speaking with the front desk staff and came out to introduce himself and give me his card so I could e-mail/call any time to put my mind at ease. I wound up e-mailing Jared the next day (Thanksgiving) to check in and see how my dog was doing. I received an...
