Well I guess you've never had a bad day in your life!! My husband and I take our dog there to get groom all the time. Ive been going to this pet smart for all my pet needs for over 5 years, Started using the groomers the last 5 months.The last time I took my dog in for the full treatment (cut, style, teddy bear face, chin shaved, under body shaved) When he was presented it looked like a child had cut his hair.It was chopped carelessly.He hadn't been washed,eyes were filthy, dirty on the underside of his tail.... more
