I always go there to purchase my cat/dog food. Everytime I go there the cashier/customer service is not friendly. They are either rude or pretty much ignore you. Everytime I go to the cashier I say Hello and Thank You. The cashiers don't respond!!! I observed how they treated other customers and they are friendly to some but snobbish to others. Hi, i wanted to make something clear- the wellness hours are only for animal vaccinations for healthy animals - but they wont tell you that until AFTER you've seen the Dr. That's exactly what happened when i took my dog in for a paw injury. They charged me $35 for the visit, even tho i was there during wellness hours. I was told the followup would be free, but then when i was in the vet's room... more

Everyone that works in the vet office is wonderful. I took my cat in since she was having urinary problems. She was terrified, but all of the staff did everything they could in order to calm her down. After the visit, the staff directed me in great detail how to give her medication.

I am getting a puppy in about two weeks. My puppy will most definitey be a patient.
