I just recieved a call from a debt collector for an unpaid debt of less than $50 from a billing mistake made by the receptionist over a year ago. I attempted to call them on this and take care of it, but was never able to get them to correct their mistake. Regardless, they charge more than any other place I've ever been before. Went out of convenience found myself incredibly inconvenienced.......

The good:
My doctor spent time with me and helped me find a contact lens that fit. They were at least as punctual as other offices I've been to.
The bad:
Topics that I had checked on my check-in form as wanting to discuss were not brought up, and I didn't remember to bring them up until after I left.

The staff at Vision Care is top-notch - very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going here for about 6 years and I have always felt confident in the care that I have received. The doctor is always willing to take the time to talk with me and answer any questions. They also have an enormaous variety of glasses for you to choose from in all price ranges.
