They sold us a dog claiming he was AKC, and from a licensed and reputable breeder. Turns out they lied, created fake paperwork, and overcharged us $513.00. The owner/manager refuse to refund us our money and work on any other solution for their lies. Our puppy's breeder is on the 100 worst puppy mill list! The owner, Jeffery Frankel's response to us "Too f*cking bad for you, you shouldn't have bought a dog from us". Pending small claims, BBB, AG. Even his employees are on our side and he does nothing but ignore it!
Everyone at Petland is very helpful. The staff seems very professional and quite knowledgeable. It seems like everyone who works there has experience and love for animals. The store is always clean although it is somewhat small. They seem to take great care of the animals which are for sale. They have a wide variety of products for cats, dogs, and all other furry/feathery animals. They are very helpful in finding any item that you may need for your pet. It's a long, narrow shop, which sometimes is confusing and disorienting, but the cages with dogs are the focus(however you feel about this).
