i built my business with your products, we had a great relationship but then you got greedy and lazy. favoring amazon customers over your professional grooming clientele. your customer service is a joke, everything is on back-order and when it does come back in stock you rush to fill your amazon orders first to keep a contract, leaving little if any to fill our orders. i'm still waiting on a...

Received my products quickly and did have to wait for a few back ordered items, but i received them not long after the expected ship date. Love the free shipping, however wished your site accepted pay pal payments.
