The employees are great here. The management is awful. I don't go here anymore. I go to their competitor and refer all my clients to the competitor of staples now. I shop for office supplies often...

WORST SERVICE EVER! The self serve printers don't work and nobody tells you. I even got charge the $5 for using the machine to find out it doesn't work and didn't get my money back. Not one...

Staples is pretty consistent as an office supply store, but I recently had a print job and the girls in the print section rock. They are super friendly and knowledgeable.
