I took my dog in at 3pm - went back at 6pm and they hadn't gotten to her yet so they rushed to get her done. I'm still not sure they actually bathed her. The haircut was absolutely awful and they clipped her toenails, which I had specifically asked they not do. I was told the person who would be doing the work had over 30 years of experience. Petco is a good company and their prices are always fair. If you go there consistently, it's a good idea to get a Petco card which gives you a small discount (5%? I think). The only problem I have with this particular Petco is that there is a curmudgeon who may be the owner or manager, and who tends to be a bit too negativistic for my taste.
