I am very displeased with your customer service and will NEVER be back!! Your assistant manager is very rude and I am ma...king damn sure that corporate hears about your employee, his name is Lucas. Last time I was in there it took 15 minutes to find someone to help me and when I did he acted like he didn't want anything to do with me and even yelled at me over some bs that has nothing to do...

Trainer is fantastic. Nicest employee there. Took 2 classes with 2 different dogs, both are great now. Use common sense and respect with people and people will respect you back... ;)
