Good phone support!

I like calling Petco because they're always more than willing to help me over the phone, instead of making me drive all the way there only to find out they're out of what I need, or whether or not I can afford it.

I do really like this petco, they do a great job on grooming my dog's. However, they don't lock in my grooms on my petco card. I buy food from the store and get my dog's groomed there but it never goes on my card. I've called the 800 number and corrected this roblem and it's still not fixed.
