Very excellent service. I am always encouraged to call ahead regarding stock on sale items and my order will be pulled and waiting for me. Very comfortable atmosphere in store and really appreciate pet birthday club! I always receive emails regarding sales on the items I normally purchase too - great perk!

Have been a shopper here for years but my last visit was terrible. I bought several 20-40 pound bags of dog and cat food. The cashier rang up the order and just looked at me, waiting for me to put my things back in the carts. (2) I told her that she could put them in the carts for me because I had injured my back. She gave me a ""humpfff""and slung them in the carts. She didn't offer to call for help to get me to my car. I called for the manager upon my return home. He wasn't available. They took my phone number and said he would call back. The call never came.
