Somehow the staff managed to completely lose a giant supportive foam-filled dog bed I specifically picked out for my arthritic dog... and I was mortified when I learned he'd been sleeping on a thin fleece blanket with holes in it the entire weekend rather than the bed I had brought. Completely unacceptable, my dogs will not be coming back here.
