My dog loves the Petsmart Hotel. We boarded her there when she was just a six month old puppy and we left for a two week vacation. I was worried about leaving her for so long. But she had plenty of active play time with other dogs, rested well in their kennel area, received some dog training on-site, had a nice grooming bath, and the staff there really took to her. While she was grateful when her family returned, I could tell she was loved and watched over. The staff is consistent with little turnover and they know the dogs. I chose the PetsMart Pet Hotel because it looked professional and I thought all the extracurricular activities they have would keep my dog from just sitting in the kennel during her stay. We went by for a visit a few days prior to her stay and it seemed as advertised. My basset hound has been boarded before and stayed with friends on multiple occasions. We have never had any issues.
