I actually think the people that work there are very nice and knowledgeable. I haven't had any negative experience, (I'm sorry to hear your story above). My chihuahua has always been petrified of groomers and nail cutters, this is the only place (out of the many many across several states, that I've taken him too) where he doesn't act out or look terrified.
