We've been taking our doberman to PAC since she was a wee pup and she loves it there. They helped us take her through several rounds of training which has made her an ideal family dog.
We use their daycare service weekly to give our dog more exercise when our busy schedules will not allow for extra play time at home. It has also been very helpful in socializing her to other dogs.

Our policies are as follows:
Monday through Friday we are open for daycare from 6:30am to 6:30pm. The dogs that are boarding are out playing together from 6:00am until 9:30pm.
At 9:30pm the dogs are crated in crates identical to what they would have at home. They sleep soundly, and then are woken up at 6:00am for breakfast and playtime.

This is the last of several incidents I've had with PAC: PAC used to offer cage-free boarding, but in January they sent a letter stating that they would be using cages. After four months, I of course do not still have the letter, nor did I memorize it. I assumed (wrongly) that the dogs were only crated at night and that during the day there would be someone there.
