My family member needed transport to her Primary Care Doctor to start the process of getting her admitted to the hospital for a sudden illness/injury. She had already been to the ER and they sent her home so 911 was not warranted. We were unable to transport her ourselves, as she had become unable to stand or transfer... without several people helping. We were getting the run around from...
