Unprofessional
I will never go back there again!!! My car broke down Wednesday of last week (today's Tuesday) so I had AAA tow my car to Perris Wheels & Tires. I dropped it off, was written up and then told by Damien that they would check it out and let me know what the issue was and then move forward from there, standard procedure. Well, Thursday comes, no word from them. I call that late afternoon and I get my first ""call back in 20 minutes"" of what would later become a trending statement from them. I call back, am then told to try calling again later. I do, and I'm then told I will be called back. I...
I recently purchased tires for my 03 Toyota Tacoma at Perris Tires and Wheels. I would have to say that this was the best tire buying experience I've ever had. In the past when I would have to replace tires, I would go to a major store. I would have to drop it off and come back sometime later in the day.
