I called right after I received confirmation that tires were going to be shipped. Pernot made my appointment for the day they arrived. I dropped off my truck and tires were installed and I picked it up later that day. Mitch met me with my keys and there were no surprise charges. This is second car I have taken there for tires and will do it again.
