I have had nothing but positive interactions with Iz, Otiz, Darcy & Brain. There are a couple other peopleI do not know there but have been nice. The staff are always helpful with my questions and/or concerns. I am a transplant and was unsure of the area. I am thankful I landed where I did. The halls in the building are always fresh. You will not be making a mistake by living here. They made my move a pleasant one. :)

Mmm-Darcy not so nice. You would think being in leasing you'd be better at communication - I should just guess what is included in a rental property... No thanks if this is how they act. I don't want to live in a property managed by these people.

I've lived in a Pergola managed building for about 10 months now. The management has been responsive and helpful when I've reported issues. The grounds are consistently kept clean, and my maintenance requests have been addressed quickly. My primary contact point with management is Darcy, the building manager. She's very easy to work with, remembers tenants' names, and helps find ways for tenants to adapt to changing life circumstances (like moving between Pergola apartments without breaking a lease).

Champagne wishes and caviar dreams The maintenance guys¿ track record is phenomenal. Every time I have put in a call they are there and have not disappointed me. They are trustworthy, competent, efficient and oh so kind. My apartment is adorable and the neighborhood divine. These guys are head and shoulders above the rest.

absolutely awful! as in many of the other reviews of Pergola, upon purchasing the building I'd been living in for 2 years, I was contacted by Brian to let me know my rent would be doubled if I chose to remain in my apartment. One by one, every single tenant in the building moved out (one lady had been living here for over 20 years!) and with each move, a rag-tag band of painters, carpenters and misc handy-men moved in and from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm it was nothing but band saws, hammers and loud music being played by the workers...all this accompanied by the smell of paint and sawdust. ...
