Help us make it rightCustomer service is great until the transaction is completed with payment. As a contractor we have to have release of liens (lien waiver) for our billing purposes to prove we have paid for the materials used on a project. Lien waivers are sent in with full payment, but getting them signed and returned is another story. The people in the accounting department will not take my call any longer, I am pushed off to voice mail.

This corporation is a haven for people of a predatory nature. Try comparing a list of their employees with the State of Missouri registered offender list. I wonder if the references they have on their web page are aware of this?!! They surely should be.
