I decided to come here for my baby's baptism pictures.JCP was booked, so this was our last resort.We came here about 30 mins after opening and there was 1 family in front of us and a man being helped at the desk. They're customer service sucks!! I was ignored for at least 10 minutes when finally somebody finally came and acknowledged me. The man told me they had a list and he was gonna call me when it's my turn. He never did. I would never come to this location ever again. And especially would not recommend it to anyone.

We had a good experience here. I've been here in the past, over 12 years ago for a few family photos and it was all good. A group of us showed up and had to wait about 40 minutes for our shoot....
