Roofers give poor quality material and work. Nails were placed where they did not need to be placed. The shingles are not layered correctly. The decking is uneven. They claimed to return some money back. Now they are asking me to contact a lawyer. Another roofer has looked at their work and claims the roof has so many things wrong and will need to be replaced completely. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!...

These guys just re-tiled my roof and built a beautiful rustic-looking awning. They' did a great job! They were very professional

Perez Roofing just re-tiled my roof and built a rustic wood awning in the backyard. All this work only took about eight hours. They were very polite, professional, and have a good sense of humor! I would recommend this company to anyone.
