I can't say anything good about Pepino's. First of all this is Maine and Mexican food is not the specialty. You are better off going to Sam's club and getting yourself a big bag of burritos and heating them yourself, because that is what the equivalency to going to Pepino's.

Server was good although once we finished out dinners and restaurant got busy we never saw her until we asked a mgr to send her over.

Maine mexian food is gross

There is no true Mexican food in Maine, and this restaurant fell way of the mark. Serving two chips on a plate with ok salsa doesn't count sorry. The portions are very small and its super expensive. Plus the atmosphere doesn't match the cuisine at ALL !

Pepino's has been serving quality Mexican food in the greater Bangor area for over 30 years. Beginning in Brewer, Maine, Pepino's was the first Mexican restaurant in northern Maine and the second Mexican restaurant in all of Maine. Pepino's is independently owned and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Bangor.
