Very disappointed with this shop. I brought my SUV in to have the radiator replaced. I am a former mechanic trained in the military so immediately knew they were FOS. Pep Boy s estimate was more than twice their competitors (Coronado Auto Repair). I understand aggressive mark ups but in this economy this is unreasonable.
...they have a new system for customer service, a central desk. Things have changed. They are kinda rude and place seems chaotic.
...they replaced all my brakes and they screwed up my ABS sensor; cost to fix at the dealers $306
...BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
