I've always had a great experience with these guys! That's why I always come back. Plus, if my wait is ever too long, or the guys run into an unforeseen problem, my service is majorly discounted, or free all together!! I'm definitely one loyal customer for over 16 years now, and am continuously pleased with their service!!

Terrible service.... rude workers and left my car non drivable and tells me it was like that before it got there... but hey at least they got my $300 then when I try to tell them all the problems that all of a sudden happened after they so called (FIXED MY CAR)the only thing they have to say is hmmm I can run a diagnosis test on it and that will be 89.99 hahaha that place is a joke and a scam...

HORRIBLE customer service. From all levels, really. I scheduled an appointment online. I'm not sure it ever actually notified the local store I was coming in. I called them, was placed on a crazy long hold, then hung up on. Called back and was assured they had the brakes in stock for my car. Arrived for my appointment and the clerk told her coworker they didn't have brakes for my car. I asked...

Sitting here for an hour n half after they said 30 mins to change 1 tire!!! Never come back!!!
