JP, was horrible! He could have resolved an issue but because sales were slow he wanted my $100. This was not necessary! JP should not be leading a service team. Promote Pierre or Wilson & demote JP.

Pep boys sell bad batteries my son has gone thru three in four days and has a $220.00 tow bill I'm pissed
