Filling up these trucks are a nightmare! If you don't fill to their specification, they will charge you. It took us twenty minutes to fill it, using their method. Even though the pump stopped pumping because it measured it full, to Penske, it is not.
I lived in Brasswood for 1 year. I will admit that their were some problems but nothing that the manager did not fix in a timely manner. I stayed in phase I and I feel that the apartments were inexpensive and nicely kept due to mangers like Jennifer S.
I lived in Brasswood for 18 months before moving to Charlotte. I like the complex. It was very convenient for me and my job. The managers were very nice. The price was right. It was quiet and not else to complain about here!
I didn't like the trash disposal. But that was the people who refuse to be neat, not the complex.
I found Penske through business dealings with Fleming's, that is where they are located. My daughter recently left for college, and they were my first call. Besides the great deal, I was very pleased with their clean, new trucks, and professional service. They really take the time to make sure you are satisfied with your rental. I highly recommend their service.
