Pella does not stand behind their product. I used Pella doors and windows throughout my house because they had such a great reputation. I have door handles that are wiggling and window locks that won't close. Worst of all I have an $8,000. front door that the windows have failed on and Pella will not replace the door or fix the glass. They came and looked at it and now wont return my phone...

we bought 2 Pella sliding glass doors because of the suppossed better quality, NOT. THE DOORS WERE TWICE AS MUCH AS MOST OTHER DOORS and we have had them for 5 years. after 2 years the lock broke, and they sent us a lock but it didn't seem to latch right,called them back and they said don't worry about it. I purchased a Pella french sliding door a year or so back. Recently there were issues with the handle so I needed to order a replacement. avoid pella vinyl windows

I hate to do this because the Pella Window plant is 10 miles from my home and they have experiences a number of layoffs recently. However, I must share how dissatisfied I am with their vinyl windows. I purchased sliding basement windows. They have two about 1" weep holes that allow cold air to stream through--so much so that the glass above the hole is covered with condensation. I had to cram...

We recently purchased all new vinyl replacements from Pella. Our contractor Bruno said he only deals with these folks. They were really great whe we went in to pick out our windows. They have a nice selection from affordable to high end. I found them very professional. They are a bit pricy but its quality and they are engery saving. Ask for Gregg.
