Just bad from start to finish. Issues with the install and quality of the windows. Took several hours of my time dealing with all of their screw ups. Go somewhere else for windows and doors.

We contacted Pella when we needed to replace our front and back doors. We had a salesman come to our home and show us a catalog of samples to choose from. At the time, the salesman let us know...

We worked with Bud Smith from Pella to replace the window casement hardware on two windows. After waiting 3 months for the repair, we asked for the hardware back so we could go to another repair shop. Bud admitted losing the hardware and left it at that. No help, no suggestions, we are just out of luck. I have not encountered a worse customer experience with a company. I would not recommend...
