Dirty and smells bad...
But the worst part is they carry sick dogs from puppy mill trucked in in crates from the mid west. Shame on them.

Shant who runs the fish department is extremely knowledgeble when it comes to fish. He is not pushy. He is very helpful, he takes his time explaining all the ins and outs of fish keeping.
